We are appealing for help from anyone who is interested in local history, or looking for work experience, and has some time to spare.

There are plenty of ways to get involved. For example, you might want to help us with documenting historical material, so that many more people will be able to appreciate our collection. Or you could learn the skills necessary to assist with hands-on conservation work. Perhaps you have an interesting item or photograph at home that you would like to donate to our collection, or loan to us for display?

Those willing to talk about their experiences past and present of Enham Alamein are particularly encouraged to get in touch, to help us create a living archive of community memories for future research. Do you have a story you would like to share?

Previous experience is very welcome but not essential, as full training will be provided where necessary. An enthusiasm for exploring and interpreting the past is what we are really looking for!
